What a beautiful gem from the old testament.

BUT it was because the Lord loved you (Deuteronamy 7:8)

BUT it was because the Lord LOVED you and kept the oath
He swore to your ancestors that He brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you from the land of slavery,

 from the power of Pharaoh king of Egypt.
Deuteronomy 7:8

 

Do you find yourself trapped today. Are you a slave to someone or something. The Lord Loved YOU and redeemed you from the land of slavery. YOU are free my child. Free to love!

BUT from everlasting to everlasting (Psalms 103:17)

But

 from everlasting to everlasting

the Lord’s love is with those who fear him,

and his righteousness with their children’s children.

Okay all you grandparents out there. Here is your verse! Claim it and pray for it over your grandchildren.

BUT gives us power (2 Timothy 1:7)

For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, 

BUT gives us power, LOVE and self-discipline.

Oh to capture these gifts. Self-discipline (it's not all about me) + LOVE love love love!= the power to live at peace with your self.

This is one of the greatest victories of Christian living. 
Humanly impossible  + Spirit led = Freedom  

BUT to your name be the glory (Psalms 115:1)

because of your love and faithfulness.

The sooner we realize that all that is good with in us comes from the Lord
the more we will praise Him.

BUT do not have love (1 Corinthians 13:3)

If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, BUT do not have love, I gain nothing.

It is so easy to get caught up in what we think is good. But all that matters to God is the condition of our heart. It is not about what we do BUT what God does through us.

BUT that He LOVED us (1 John 4:14)

This is love: not that we loved God, BUT that He loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.

BUT  be very careful to keep the commandment and the law that Moses the servant of the Lord gave you:

to keep his commands,

It is great to know that when we keep God first everything else just falls into place.

All your talents and successes come from Him. Give Him credit and praise today.

BUT LOVE covers all wrongs (Proverbs 10:12)

Hatred stirs up conflict,

 BUT LOVE

 covers over all wrongs.

Do you want your wrongs covered up? Pretty simple don't HATE!

BUT those who plan what is good find LOVE (Proverbs 14:22)

Do not those who plot evil go astray?

This verse speaks directly to gossip. Don't repeat matters that are not your business instead foster love and keep it to yourself!

BUT... if we love one another (1 John4:12)

No one has ever seen God,

BUT

If we love one another,

God lives in us and His LOVE is made complete.

As we begin the Love month of February this is a great verse on Love.
