BUT fools despise their mothers (Proverbs 15:20)

A wise child brings joy to a father…

BUT fools despise their mothers.

Proverbs 15:20  CEB

BUT... He said to them (easter) (Mark 16:6-7)

BUT... He said to them,

 “Do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He is risen! He is not here.

See the place where they laid Him.

BUT... go, tell His disciples—and Peter—that He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him, as He said to you.”

BUT... the Holy Spirit (John 14:26)

 “All this I have spoken while still with you.

BUT..the Advocate, the Holy Spirit,

whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things

and will remind you of everything I have said to you.

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.

 I do not give to you as the world gives.

 Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

John 14:26

When I read this verse this Good Friday morning it brought Joy to my heart. Thank you Jesus for being willing to die on the cross for me. Not only did you come back from the dead BUT you also sent the Holy Spirit to live with in me. I will not be afraid!

BUT you, Lord are a compassionate and gracious God (Psalms 86:15)

But you, Lord,

are a compassionate and gracious God,

slow to anger, abounding in LOVE and faithfulness

Oh to be more like God, let that be our prayer today.

BUT you are a chosen people (1 Peter 2:9)

BUT you are a chosen people, 

a royal priesthood, 

a holy nation,God’s special possession, 

that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light.

BUT I trust in your unfailing love (Psalms 13:5)

 my heart rejoices in your salvation

Let this be your heartfelt prayer today not matter what you are going through.

BUT fools (Proverbs 1:7)

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge,

 BUT fools despise wisdom and instruction.

It may be April fools day BUT it is time we fear the Lord. He knows Everything about you and me. Listen to Him
