My message and
my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words,
BUT
with a
demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith might not rest on human
wisdom,
BUT
on God’s power.
1Corinthians 2:4-5
I love this verse. Paul tells the people he is speaking to that he is a
simple man with a message. This gives each of us confidence to share the message
of Christ. Don’t worry if you are not wise or persuasive for you have God’s
power. You are a superhero!
