What we
have received is not the spirit of the world,
BUT
the Spirit
who is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us.
for, “Who
has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?”
But
we have the
mind of Christ.

Corinthians 2:12 and 16
As a child of God you
have the power to think as Christ thinks. This takes effort at times because the
enemy fights your thoughts even more than your flesh. I love how this chapter
comes together to remind us that we are not to instruct the Lord BUT we do have
the mind of Christ so we can discern what God desires for us.
